Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management with at least 5 years\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x84\xa2 related experience
• Possess a flair for people engagement
• Keen learner and in tune with HR practices and local employment laws
• Self-driven and proactive
• Strong in multi-tasking and resourceful
• Willing to travel within Klang Valley area
• Able to work independently, self-motivate and work under pressure
• A committed team player with strong sense of urgency
• Required skills: Microsoft Office, HRIS
• Good understanding of Malaysian Employment Laws, EPF, SOCSO, Income tax and other statutory requirements

• Provide effective support to business units in the full spectrum of Human Resource (HR) functions such as manpower planning, staff recruitment and appointments, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits.
• Engage the business units and provide appropriate advice on Human Resource matters
• Maintain a good pulse on the ground through regular dialogues with the Business Units and play an active role in shaping the culture
• Compile and maintain up-to-date HR reports and organisation charts
• Maintain and keep track of employees\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x84\xa2 leaves, medical and dental benefits claim as well as Group\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x84\xa2s Insurance staff movement update
• In-charge for all the HR correspondences such as Letter of Employment, Letter of Confirmation, Disciplinary letters etc.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and programs
