RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partnership with Operational Division for a quality and talent stability.
Perform employee engagement and relation for positive and healthy organizational culture
Liaison with local authority bodies in relation to the employee\'s related issue (MOHR, SOCSO and other authorised bodies)
Handling on foreign workers related matters and liason with related bodies (MOHA, MOFA, Immigration, Embassy and other authorised bodies)
Handling payroll eficiency and maintaining the compliance at all the times.
Any ad hoc tasks assigned by the management or superior.

SPECIAL SKILLS:

Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher and others).
Pleasant personality and high level of commitment.
Self-motivated, able to work independently including weekend and holidays.
Willing to travel.
Able to start immediately would be an advantaged.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

QUALIFICATION:

Candidate must possess a Degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration or its equivalent.
Understand Employment Act and Labour Law.
Minimum 3 year of working experience in HR field.
