JOB SUMMARY



This full-time position is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, with a particular focus on coordinating staff training with external providers, managing HR data, overseeing attendance and leave management, supporting recruitment and selection, assisting with disciplinary processes and other HR functions. The role is central to ensuring that HR policies and procedures are effectively delivered in alignment with the school's core values and growth strategies.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinate staff training with external providers to ensure timely and effective delivery. Manage all accommodation and transportation arrangements for staff training. Monitor completion of staff development plans and ensure training is executed as scheduled. Manage training documentation, including applications for grants and claims, ensuring timely submission. Monitor utilisation of the staff training budget in collaboration with the Finance Department, ensuring expenditure remains within allocation. Oversee attendance and leave management in compliance with labour laws, employment regulations, and internal HR policies. Track daily attendance, monitor sickness and absence records, and compile detailed monthly attendance reports. Ensure timely submission of attendance and leave reports for payroll processing and headquarters requirements. Act as the first point of contact for employees and line managers, providing advice and assistance on attendance, leave, and other HR-related matters. Support disciplinary processes, including cases of misconduct, harassment, bullying, or other grievances. Assist in handling staff misconduct and administering appropriate disciplinary actions as directed. Support the full cycle of performance management processes as assigned. Assist with day-to-day recruitment and selection activities. Handle general administrative functions, including processing staff claims. JOB REQUIREMENTS



Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field Minimum 4 years or more working experiences in HR operations with hands on exposure Strong understanding of HR processes and knowledge on legal regulations Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels. Proactive, detail-oriented and ability to multitask Enthusiastic, can-do attitude with a drive to continually learn and improve Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-past environment

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
