To manage full spectrum of HR and admin functions including payroll, recruitment, compensation & benefits administration, HR documentation and administration.
To review HR policies and process flow to ensure compliance with current statutory requirement.
Update monthly attendance and prepare payroll.
Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, Socso and Income Tax.
To prepare and compile documents for timely submission to the Management and the relevant government authorities;
Handle recruitment and manpower planning process, short listing, and interviewing and selection process.
Manage information including database of potential hiring, tracking cost and records related to recruitment activities and preparing reports and analysis for management.
Maintain and upkeep employees\' personal files, databases and ensure confidentiality.
To prepare in all HR related documentation such announcement, policy drafting, offer letter, employment contract and on-boarding process.
Facilitate employees\' job description.
To coordinate, monitor and schedule for annual performance / confirmation review.
Handle job posting and hiring process.
Maintain and update office operation records.
Handling external and internal communication for contract workers recruitment in preparing documents, work records, permit renewal, hostel accommodation related work.
Handle details of highly confidential and critical nature.
Schedule meetings and appointment as and when needed.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
