We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our HR Department, specializing in foreign worker management.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree holder
Male candidates preferred
Willing and flexible with work days and hours
Experience in the
Foreign Worker Department
and well-versed in all aspects of foreign worker handling
Knowledge of
FOMEMA submission and processes
Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
Job Responsibilities:
Handle all matters related to foreign workers, including recruitment, documentation, permit renewals, and compliance with government regulations
Liaise with
Immigration Department, Labor Office, FOMEMA
, and other related agencies
Manage and update foreign worker records, ensuring timely submission of all documents
Support daily HR administrative tasks and assist in other HR functions as required
