Compile all the vacancies raise and manpower headcount required, organize the organization hiring plan according to the development plan of organization. Lead the staffing team to achieve the plan target. Communicate and work closely with team member and other departments to improve recruitment efficiency. Responsible for recruiting channel management. Communicate with various recruiting channels persistently. Gather information on the talent market, employment agencies, headhunters and others related. Responsible for the drafting of the advertisement, publishing the vacancies required information. Search and filter resumes, classification, selection, interview arrangement, conduct interview assessment for candidate, reference check, salary offer & negotiation and complete employment notice. Proceed for hiring approval, offer letter preparation, pre-employment medical test, to ensure the hiring process run smoothly. Identify the problems exist in the recruitment and provide suggestions for improvement. Weekly and monthly report submission. Understand the competencies requirement for each job. (Eg. Chargeman, safety officer and etc) To liaise with event manager to hold job advertisements, career booth etc. Establish an employer value proposition and employer brand that supports recruitment of high-quality job applicants. Assist to collaborate in hiring programs to retain employees. KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES\xe9\x9c\x80\xe6\xb1\x82\xe5\x92\x8c\xe8\x83\xbd\xe5\x8a\x9b\xef\xbc\x9a Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Good knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and the Industrial Norms in relation to discipline management is a great advantage. Minimum 8 year of related working experience in Staffing. Minimum with 3 years in managerial position Strong Character and interpersonal skills Work under pressure and ambiguity Can-do attitude. Ability to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, proposed HR actions and implement recommendations in support of company\xe2\x80\x99s goals & objectives.
