Job Description

The main purpose of this role is to contribute to the achievement of organizational efficiency and to implement already defined programs on the designated scope of the organization (region, segment or product) by providing support to one or more POP sub-functions (talent acquisitions, employee experience, tools and analytics, employer branding, learning and development and/or total rewards) through given tasks and assignments. POP interns are focused on learning the work processes and self-improvement that would prepare them for their future career in Infobip.

This position will play a crucial role in supporting the APAC POP team in various initiatives. You will work closely with the Team Lead, experienced professionals who will provide guidance and mentorship throughout your internship.

• Contribute to the achievement of organizational efficiency and to implement already defined programs on designated scope of the organization.
• Providing support to one or more POP sub functions (talent acquisitions, employee experience, tools and analytics, employer branding, learning and development and/or total rewards) through given tasks and assignments.
• Organizing the performance evaluation sessions; effectively implementing the performance management system in coordination with the team leaders / line managers
• Organizing team building / engagement activities, internal and external event
• Efficiently managing the exit processes, coordinating with the legal consultants and relevant stakeholders
• Organizing the onboarding and education sessions for new hires
• Supporting the team leadership structures
• Communication with the third parties
• Any other task assigned by the team lead.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business admin, or a related field.
