Responsibilities: -
Involved in HR continuous Improvement initiative.
Assist in managing the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Support the recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, shortlisting, coordinate for background check etc.
Support the employee engagement activities.
Maintain and update employees' personal particulars and other relevant database.
Requirement: -
Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (Year 3 or Final Year students preferred).
Availability for an internship of up to 6 months.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
