Roles/Responsibilities As a People team intern, you will get to:
Assist in managing the top-of-the-funnel recruitment process, which includes talent sourcing, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
Work with the People team to enhance data management
Liaise with external stakeholders to establish, maintain, and monitor partnerships to secure pipelines for strong candidates
Help ensure the success of employee engagement initiatives, including ideating, planning, and executing various team-building activities and/or company-wide events
Requirements We are looking for someone who is:
Passionate about people and culture
Highly inquisitive in nature with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the team
Very eager to learn and grow, especially in your people and communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to execute independently while also enjoying working together with and as a team
Analytical and has strong problem-solving skills with effective attention to detail
Strongly proficient in both spoken and written English
