Screen resumes and schedule for the confirm interviews with candidates), orientation procedure and HR planning. \xe2\x80\xa2 To prepare HR administration works including verify and manage leave system, and prepare letters \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare HR-related reports as needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Training and development management \xe2\x80\xa2 Employee engagement (Eg. Address employee queries about benefits and assist on company events) \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in organizing company events. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform data entry and information record accuracy. \xe2\x80\xa2 To support the team in documentation and administrative task within HR functions \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other ad-hod tasks. Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least Diploma or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Human Development or related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient with Microsoft Office applications e.i Word, Excel, Power Point. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Enthusiastic and energetic. \xe2\x80\xa2 Language Skills: English, Bahasa Malaysia \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 3 months internship; 6 months would be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good attitude and willing to learn. \xe2\x80\xa2 Training will be provided. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be able to start immediately.
