Job Description

Review documents, such as production schedules, job orders, materials requirement or material priorities. Requisition/ Delivery Order material fabric, lace, label, plastic and others related to production to warehouse for warehouse to release. Arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite flow of materials and meet production schedules. Confer with establishment outsource to coordinate production, product delivery sample for photo shoot (sample must be ready 4-7 days before launching). Label all the samples and send them to marketing. Update latest data in Google drive: Production Report. Filing and recognise documentation To lead and manage the overall Marketing functions of business.Live to promote, sell or seek dropship and provide knowledge to public. Manage a team to plan campaigns and promotions. Budget planning, P&L responsibility on the departmental expenses. Communicate with internal departments and external parties, ensure smooth execution and high level of quality for all marketing activities. Implementing the relevant marketing strategies and conducting customer segmentation through understanding the market trends and customers needs. Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market. budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals. Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.

Key Responsibilities:



Responsible for the smooth running of the HQ, personnel and HR management as well as Secretariat matters.

Responsible for the full spectrum of all human resource matters including payroll, staff attendance report and staff insurance.

Responsible for human resource functions covering staffing and recruitment, training and development and compensation and benefits.

Responsible in managing the administrative personnel in supporting the secretariat and administration functions i.e. Coordinate Event, Procurement Process, Maintenance of HQ Office and Office equipments, Document and Call Management.

Responsible in managing and maintaining internal communication on announcement, general update on process, procedures, policies etc.

To liaise with relevant parties and authorities in regards to employee affairs (recruitment, resignation, grievances, employment benefits, EPF, SOCSO etc).

To monitor and follow up on employees' performance reviews and leave matters.

Ensuring the safe custody, effective retrieval of all personnel documents, records and files.

Recruiting staff: this includes developing and advising job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, interviewing and selecting candidates.

Review, develops and proposes new or existing policies in line with business requirements and as supported by the MM strategy such as working conditions, performance management equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.

Listening to grievances, advisory capacity to route proper channel of grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.

Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.

Undertake any other duties of compatible natures as may be required from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM500.00 per month
