Job Description

Job Scope:-

1. Factory Area Patrol - Ensure cleanliness is maintained in all factory areas.

2. Meeting Room Management - Oversee the condition of meeting rooms, ensure all equipment is in good working order, and act as the Person-In-Charge (PIC) for meeting room arrangements.

3. General Administrative Support

Manage documents (organize, file, and maintain physical documents) Make copies of all HR forms and foreign workers' passports (for renewal) and print temperature listings Perform data entry and record keeping (maintain and update records), e.g., Operator Skill matrix and file labels
4. Communication - Liaise with departments, visitors, and vendors; handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.

5. 5S & CSR Training - Conduct 5S and CSR training for new joiners and refresher training for existing employees.

6. CSR Training - Review employee survey files to identify those with low CSR training scores and arrange for retraining.

7. Committee Support - Assist in preparing appointment letters for all committees such as 5S, EMS, Safety, COVID, ERT, and WRC. Ensure the updated organization chart is posted on all relevant notice boards.

8. HR Activities File - Update and maintain records of all company activities in the HR Activities file.

9. Other Duties - Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.

Qualification:

Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource or Business Studies (Required)

Contract Length : 3 - 6 month

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: RM1,200.00 per month
