Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and resume screening.
Support employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain and update HR records and databases.
Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
Handle general administrative tasks related to HR.
Support payroll and attendance tracking.
Assist in drafting HR-related reports and documents.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
Eager to learn and contribute to HR functions.
