HR Intern

What You'll Be Involved In:
Recruitment & candidate screening
Arranging interviews & supporting onboarding
Updating HR records, databases & documentation
Assisting with payroll coordination, KPI & attendance tracking
Supporting employee engagement activities & prepare HR communications & announcements
Involvement in HR projects related to policy, compliance & admin tasks
Supporting in incident compilation, review & reporting aligned with ISO, PDPA and internal policies
Assist in incident findings, follow-up actions & preventive tracking
Job Requirements
Pursuing minimum Diploma in HR / Business Admin / Psychology / Management or any related field
Punctual and able to work independently
Good communication & organisation skills
Detail-oriented & confidential
Proactive, responsible & willing to learn
Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
Able to commit
3-6 months
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM600.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
