Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (job posting, resume screening, interview coordination)
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist in employee data management and HR documentation filing
Help prepare HR reports, letters, and internal communications
Support training & development coordination and record tracking
Support employee engagement activities and HR events
Handle ad-hoc HR administrative tasks
Learning Exposure:
Practical experience in recruitment and HR operations
Exposure to HR practices, policies, and labor compliance
Hands-on involvement in training coordination and employee engagement
Understanding of payroll and HR reporting processes
