Candidate possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Positive mind set and independent with minimum guidance.
Required Skill(s): Payroll Software, Computer Literate and Good Interpersonal & Communication Skill.
Ability to work independently, with strong knowledge of all HR subject matter.

Responsibilities
Handling the full spectrum of human resource functions, from recruitment, staff onboarding process, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, training, staff exit process, and other day-to-day HR administration.
Maintaining HR records such as personnel documents, staff leave records, and attendance record of all employees in an organized manner.
To assist in revision and implementation HR policies and procedures in accordance with Company's rules and regulations, Malaysia Labour Law & Employment Act.
