Job Description

  • Candidate possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Positive mind set and independent with minimum guidance.
  • Required Skill(s): Payroll Software, Computer Literate and Good Interpersonal & Communication Skill.
  • Ability to work independently, with strong knowledge of all HR subject matter.
  • This is an urgent hiring. Candidates with short notice (preferably 2 weeks or less) will be prioritized.
Responsibilities
  • Handling the full spectrum of human resource functions, from recruitment, staff onboarding process, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, training, staff exit process, and other day-to-day HR administration.
  • Responsible for payroll, compensation & benefits - salary payment, allowance, overtime, statutory payment.
  • Maintaining HR records such as personnel documents, staff leave records, and attendance record of all employees in an organized manner.
  • To assist in revision and implementation HR policies and procedures in accordance with Company's rules and regulations, Malaysia Labour Law & Employment Act.
