Responsibilities:

HR business partner to the business operations of Infosys Malaysia. To work closely with them towards business sustainability, to provide HR advice and support in managing/developing the human capital so that to meet the present and future business goals.

To provide all human resources deliverables effectively, accurately and timely.

To manage and monitor headcount and manpower costs in alignment with the Company's business strategies.

To work closely with the recruitment team to provide a more holistic human resources delivery service.

To manage the talent development program and succession plan activities.

To plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development, including HR initiatives/projects etc.

To be in-charge of the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.

To work closely with line managers in planning & managing employee engagement and welfare activities to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.

To manage and monitor company-wide compliance training timeline & completion rate.

To handle performance management, annual compensation exercise, promotion cycle and variable bonus plan proposal and review.

To attend to corporate request and provide the relevant information as per timeline.

To handle Industrial Relations matters and ensure proper case management for internal audit and/or potential trial in Court.

To review the current HR services process and implement improvement steps as and when necessary.

To ensure timeliness and 100% accuracy in all activities supporting payroll administration and processing.

To ensure full compliance of audit request.

Understand and keep abreast with changes in local laws regulating employment and compensation practices to maintain compliance with government regulations

Develops compensation related communication materials including policies, procedures, guidelines, and presentations.

Advise on compensation-related issues

Ad hoc duties as and when assigned by immediate superior.

Quality Management System

Responsible for duties and functions as stipulated in Operations, Human Resource, Purchasing and Management Procedures of the firm's Quality Management System and:

Taking accountability for the effectiveness of the quality management system.

Ensuring the integration of the quality management system requirements into the organization's business processes.

Promoting the use of the process approach and risk-based thinking.

Communicating the importance of effective quality management and of conforming to the quality management system requirements

Ensuring that the quality management system achieves its intended results.

Engaging, directing and supporting persons to contribute to the effectiveness of the quality management system.

Promoting improvement of the quality management system.

Supporting other relevant management roles to demonstrate their leadership as it applies to their areas of responsibility.

Demonstrates leadership and commitment with respect to customer focus by ensuring that:

Customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements are determined, understood and consistently met;

The risks and opportunities that can affect conformity of products and services and the ability to enhance customer satisfaction are determined and addressed; and

The focus on enhancing customer satisfaction is maintained.

Formulates company's quality policy

Chairs Management Review Meeting

Information Security Management System

Responsible for duties and functions as stipulated in Operations, Human Resource, Purchasing and Management Procedures of the firm's Information Security Management System and:

Ensure the information security policy and the information security objectives are established and are compatible with the strategic direction of the organization.

Ensure the integration of the information security management system requirements into the organization's processes.

Ensure that the resources needed for the information security management system are available.

Communicate the importance of effective information security management and conforming to the information security management system requirements.

Ensure that the information security management system achieves its intended outcome(s).

Provide supporting personnel to contribute to the effectiveness of the information security management system.

Promote continual improvement.

Support other relevant management roles to demonstrate their leadership as it applies to their areas of responsibility.

Delegate authority to each team to enforce the security in their area of work.

Review and endorse information security policies.

Chairs Management Review Meeting

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree Holder

7 years of relevant experiences

Well-verse on Employment Act (Amendments) and local laws that related to HR operations

Strong in analysis skills

Able to interact with stakeholders at all levels
