Job Description

• Responsible for collecting potential and required talent information and organizing recruitment.
• Approve the employee salary statement of the unit, report IT to the general manager for approval, and then transfer it to the accounting department for execution.
• Organize and handle employee performance appraisal work and be responsible for reviewing the results of various appraisals and training.
• Accept employee complaints and labor disputes between employees and the unit and be responsible for timely resolution.
• Do a good job of horizontal contact with relevant departments in accordance with working procedures, and timely define requirements for inter-department disputes.

• Formulate the unit's salary and welfare plan, and organize the implementation after approval; calculate the employee's salary, calculate the employee's social insurance payment standard, and pay social insurance.
• Do a good job in employee personnel file management. Regularly summarize and compile relevant statistical reports and statistical reports related to human resource management.
• Handle employee recruitment, relocation, rewards and punishments, resignation, and retirement procedures.
• Do a good job in labor contract management, labor dispute settlement and labor protection.
