Manage attendance/leave/schedule/punch card
Calculate salaries and commissions, manage employee benefits, and address related inquiries.
Maintain and update employee records; ensure HR policies are effectively communicated and implemented in compliance with regulations.
Prepare an offer letter / employee contract
Prepare employee circulars
Provide EPF, Socso, EIS and insurance
Making monthly payslips
Managing employee welfare and employee discipline and related matters
Help manage the monthly accounts of related companies
Anything office related
Requirements
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in administrative and/or HR roles.
Minimum 2 years with relevant working experience
Good command in English and Malay.
