Experience: At least 8 years\' HR experience, preferably those from sales and service or related industries.
Skills:
- Ability to manage Top Management\'s expectations.
- Collaborate well with internal stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Finance/Admin and Warehousing.
- Able to work independently and proactively to deliver results.
- Good communication skills with strong command of English.
- Teamwork.
Responsibilities
To collaborate with business partners on manpower requirements and people management initiatives.
To fulfil talent needs for the organization and implement strategies on recruitment and retention, including employee engagement.
Proactively to implement learning and development initiatives for readiness of critical competencies, according to the changing business climate and organizational needs.
Manage payroll including its statutory requirements, and the HR management systems.
Ensure the effectiveness of HR policies and procedures to ensure relevance to the business needs and to be aligned to the corporate strategy and statutory requirements.
To implement effective performance management system and to work closely with departments for performance improvements.
To manage industrial disputes and employee grievances.
