Job Description


  • Experience: At least 8 years\' HR experience, preferably those from sales and service or related industries.
  • Skills:
- Ability to manage Top Management\'s expectations.

- Collaborate well with internal stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Finance/Admin and Warehousing.

- Able to work independently and proactively to deliver results.

- Good communication skills with strong command of English.

- Teamwork.

Responsibilities
  • To collaborate with business partners on manpower requirements and people management initiatives.
  • To fulfil talent needs for the organization and implement strategies on recruitment and retention, including employee engagement.
  • Proactively to implement learning and development initiatives for readiness of critical competencies, according to the changing business climate and organizational needs.
  • Manage payroll including its statutory requirements, and the HR management systems.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of HR policies and procedures to ensure relevance to the business needs and to be aligned to the corporate strategy and statutory requirements.
  • To implement effective performance management system and to work closely with departments for performance improvements.
  • To manage industrial disputes and employee grievances.
