Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable to employment act; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, recommending and improving the human resource policies, SOP, Employee Handbook and staff benefit.
  • Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
  • Handling the full process of misconduct of an employee
  • Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
  • Conducting the recruitment interviews alongside with the Hiring Manager to identify and ensure to employ only good candidate for the company
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
  • Implementing and revising a company's compensation program
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Create, Establish, Improve and Execute the safety plan of the company to ensure a safe working environment
  • Nurture a positive working environment
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Professional Certification
  • At least 5 years of full spectrum in HR
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
