Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, recommending and improving the human resource policies, SOP, Employee Handbook and staff benefit.
Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
Handling the full process of misconduct of an employee
Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
Conducting the recruitment interviews alongside with the Hiring Manager to identify and ensure to employ only good candidate for the company
Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
Implementing and revising a company's compensation program
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Create, Establish, Improve and Execute the safety plan of the company to ensure a safe working environment

Job Requirements:
Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Professional Certification
At least 5 years of full spectrum in HR
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
