Possess a Degree/ Master in Human Resources Management , Business Management Or any relevant discipline
Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR working experience in managerial capacity
Possess strong leadership skills , strong analytical & conceptualization and problem solving skills
Proficient in Mandarin and English

Supervise staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and on boarding.
Managed and supervised payroll operations including reviewing and verifying timesheets, calculating employee wages, and ensuring accurate deductions for taxes, benefits, and other payroll-related items.
Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
Implement employee training and development programs that enhance skills, knowledge, and performance.
Manage and motivate staffs, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance coaching to ensure a high-performing and engaged team.
Provide strategic HR advice to management on issues related to talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
