About the Role:


We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Human Resource Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions. This role is pivotal in building a positive work environment, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting the company's growth through effective people and office management strategies.

Job Responsibilities:



Strategic Oversight:

Responsible for the comprehensive planning and execution of all Human Resources and Administration functions, including establishing and improving departmental policies and procedures.

Talent Acquisition:

Develop and implement recruitment plans, manage and expand recruitment channels, and conduct data analysis to optimize hiring effectiveness.

Compensation & Performance:

Design and implement competitive compensation and incentive structures. Assist in supervising the performance evaluation process across departments to continuously refine the performance management system.

Employee Lifecycle Management:

Oversee all employee relations matters including onboarding, transfers, adjustments, separations, contract management, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, etc.).

Administrative Excellence:

Ensure smooth and compliant administrative operations including document management, fixed asset & office supplies management, daily reception, and general office logistics.

Employee Engagement:

Organize company cultural activities and manage the preparation and distribution of festive celebrations and employee welfare programs.

Office Management:

Take charge of business registration updates, office supplies procurement, and enforcing office discipline and policies.

Ad-hoc Duties:

Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by the Management.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Education & Experience:

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience in a generalist HR & Admin role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial capacity.

Functional Expertise:

Thorough understanding of HR best practices across all six modules (HR Planning, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Training & Development, Employee Relations) and office administration.

Language & Communication:

Excellent command of both spoken and written Mandarin and English

is essential. Possesses strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills with a high degree of service orientation.

Personal Attributes:

Outgoing, principled, and professional. Demonstrates strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with impeccable execution ability.

Location:

Sunway Velocity, Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday (Standard business hours)

Salary Range:

RM 7,000 - RM 8,000 per month

Language Requirement:

Proficiency in spoken and written

Mandarin

is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
