JOB POSITION: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER



A warm and caring personnel to attend to employees well being who heads the Human Resources and General Affairs matters within the company, reporting to managing director. This role encompasses the management all HR initiatives and overall HR Operations pertaining to recruitment and selection, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, rewards and recognition, career development, succession planning, employee discipline and employee welfare.

Job Details:
1. Manages the overall provision of Human Resources services and policies.

2. Liaise with Government Authorities on matters related to Human Resource such as Labour and Immigration Department; fulfilling employees and companies compliance

3. Attend to local and foreign labour hiring process for different nationalities

4. Traveling to attend to foreign workers related matters at Immigration offices if required (Cameron Highlands, Kuantan or KL)

5. Monthly processing of payroll for employees and management, capturing absences, sick days and time reporting matters

6. Monthly renewals of Foreign workers permits; understand Fomema and Immigration procedures and requirements

7. Monthly reporting of Human Resources activities to management

8. Manage and conduct cleanup sessions on workers quarters as per schedule.

9. Attend to overall welfare of all employees in the company; inclusive of foreign workers disciplinary issues.

10. Develop programs for recruiting, interviewing, and selecting employees based on a previous assessment of the profile and skills required to assist employees in their job scope.

11. Analyse and improve on HR processes with technology

Job Requirements:
1. Preferably 2 to 5 years of related working experience.

2. Excellent computer skills in Window environment in particular to Microsoft Office - high skill in Excel, Word and Access.

3. A team player with strong communication skill.

4. Pleasant personality and able to interact with all level of people.

5. Positive working attitude and able to work independently in a team environment.

6. High level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality.

7. Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written)

8. Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
