- Must have degree in Business administration or Degree in Human Resource
- Able to write in fluent English
- Able to standby on weekend for flight booking
- Able to work in team
Main duties: -
- Review, monitor and enhance performance management system to ensure proper performance planning, tracking and reviewing are timely implemented for confirmation, mid-year and year end appraisal based on KPI.
- Assist the manager in development, implementation and on-going management of compensation and benefits initiatives.
- Assist the manager in the full spectrum of human resources management and related functions.
- Assist manager in developing, implementing, maintaining and reviewing of company policies, rules and regulations in compliance with all applicable employment laws, statutes and regulations.
- Manage the administration of employee benefits.
- Responsible for administration and booking flight and accommodation.
- Assist the manager in participating in compensation and benefits survey.
- Maintain and update employee's discipline and their compliance with company rules and policies.
- Responsible in HRDF and arranging doctor training
- Able to organize festive events and update employee birthday
