Main duties: -
Review, monitor and enhance performance management system to ensure proper performance planning, tracking and reviewing are timely implemented for confirmation, mid-year and year end appraisal based on KPI.
Assist the manager in development, implementation and on-going management of compensation and benefits initiatives.
Assist the manager in the full spectrum of human resources management and related functions.
Assist manager in developing, implementing, maintaining and reviewing of company policies, rules and regulations in compliance with all applicable employment laws, statutes and regulations.
Manage the administration of employee benefits.
Responsible for administration and booking flight and accommodation.
Assist the manager in participating in compensation and benefits survey.
Maintain and update employee's discipline and their compliance with company rules and policies.
Responsible in HRDF and arranging doctor training
Able to organize festive events and update employee birthday
