Job: Human Resource Officer Industry: Food and Beverage Location: M.M.B. Marketing Company Sdn. Bhd. (Kuching, Sarawak), Batu 5 jalan Penrissen Job Scope / Responsibilities: 1. Manage monthly payroll processing with a high degree of accuracy in accordance with company policies. 2. Maintain all changes and arrange staff\xe2\x80\x99s information in system. 3. Responsible for tracking staff\xe2\x80\x99s leave (sick leave, annual leave, unpaid leave, emergency leave and etc). 4. Monitor staff daily and monthly attendance. 5. Assist in Recruitment; such as posting vacancy, selecting candidate, and arrange interview and other job regard recruitment. 6. Maintain an orderly database and filing system 7. Ensure timely submission and distribution of payroll and statutory remittance e.g. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and PCB. 8. Monitor staff performance and staff discipline. 9. Handling and tracking monthly staff\xe2\x80\x99s KPI. 10. Any ad-hoc task assigned by management and superior. Requirements: 1. At least 2-3 year of working experience in related field. 2. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human resource, management, business or related field. 3. Required Language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (able to speak in Mandarin is an advantage) 4. Adaptability to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Able to work in a team and individually. 6. Knowledge on using Payroll software, such as Autocount Payroll is an advantage. Benefits: 1. 5.5days work per week 2. EPF, SOCSO and EIS contributions 3.
