Conduct HR and administration activities, including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefit, employee relation and other duties in Customer Service department.
Provide functional guidance, advice, information, and to support the Management on HR related policies, procedures, and practices.
Actively participate in recruitment, new employee on-boarding/ induction programs and other staff activities.
Attend to all customer service staff disciplinary issue such as work attitude problem and misconduct.
Manage payroll administration and to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Support HR related matters in Oppo Service Centre branches opening and operation nationwide.
Diligently carry out all duties of HR and admin matters as assigned by the Management from time-to-time.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
Preferably working experience in related field for this position
Experienced in Government Labor Laws would be an advantage
