Job Description


  • Min. Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in a related field
  • Hands-on experience in using HR2000 payroll system is an added advantage
  • Have excellent planning skills & ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Resourceful and proactive with a sense of urgency.
  • Able to work independently and have a strong sense of responsibility
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
  • Strong leadership style and mature personality with good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Responsibilities
  • Develop and improve the company\'s overall policies and procedures related to HR and administrative functions.
  • Responsible for the management of all HR operations, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, learning and development, compensation & benefits, performance management, payroll administration, leave management and support all others related administrative matters.
  • To constantly analyze and forecast manpower planning and budgeting, prepare recommendations and opinions to the Management for continuous improvement and develop cost-effective and smooth operations within the company.
  • Confidently manages and oversees the expatriates\' employment work permit application and renewal welfares and other regulatory-related matters.
  • Promote good discipline among staff by developing proper and effective disciplinary systems and guidelines.
  • Provide and advise management and staff on HR management, workplace relations, and matters within the interpretation of relevant Malaysia Labor Acts and Regulations.
  • Managing sensitive and confidential matters like personnel relations, employee relations, and organizational changes, planning and protecting the security of information, data, and files.
  • Any other duties assigned by the company as and when required and deemed necessary.
