Min. Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in a related field
Hands-on experience in using HR2000 payroll system is an added advantage
Have excellent planning skills & ability to prioritize and multi-task
Resourceful and proactive with a sense of urgency.
Able to work independently and have a strong sense of responsibility
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
Strong leadership style and mature personality with good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
Develop and improve the company\'s overall policies and procedures related to HR and administrative functions.
Responsible for the management of all HR operations, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, learning and development, compensation & benefits, performance management, payroll administration, leave management and support all others related administrative matters.
To constantly analyze and forecast manpower planning and budgeting, prepare recommendations and opinions to the Management for continuous improvement and develop cost-effective and smooth operations within the company.
Confidently manages and oversees the expatriates\' employment work permit application and renewal welfares and other regulatory-related matters.
Promote good discipline among staff by developing proper and effective disciplinary systems and guidelines.
Provide and advise management and staff on HR management, workplace relations, and matters within the interpretation of relevant Malaysia Labor Acts and Regulations.
Managing sensitive and confidential matters like personnel relations, employee relations, and organizational changes, planning and protecting the security of information, data, and files.
Any other duties assigned by the company as and when required and deemed necessary.
