To identify risk in HR systems and processes and to propose measures to manage or mitigate such risk.
Put in place a system or process to collect and analyses HR data for diagnostics and forecasting purposes.
Proposed HR interventions and collaborate with local HR to better achieve organization objectives.
Analyze current HR practice and payroll system to develop a point of view on future projects using a risk-based approach requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or related major.
Min 8-9 years of relevant working experience
Candidates with experience in auditing will be preferred.
In-depth understanding and practical application of risk control and applicable regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
