We are seeking an all-rounded and independent Human Resource Specialist to join our growing human resource team in Kula Lumpur (hybrid work). You will work with a global HR team, managing end-to-end employee life cycle for APAC, in support of the region\xe2\x80\x99s HR Business Partners. Suitable People CI projects may be assigned to the incumbent based on strengths, career aspirations and organisational needs.

Role and Responsibility

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:

• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
• Localize and develop implement effective onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new employees.

HR Data Management and Reporting:

• Manage and administer HR systems and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information.
• Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and identify trends or areas for improvement.
• Administer and maintain HR documentation in support of all employee lifecycle events
• Update and communicate HR policies and procedures to comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

• Address employee relations matters, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering employee engagement and motivation.
• Organize and coordinate employee engagement surveys, perform survey analysis, initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs.

Compensation and Benefits Administration:

• Support compensation reviews, compensation strategy revisions and salary benchmarking exercises
• Maintain and administer rewards and benefits packages
• Partner with Payroll to ensure timely and accurate disbursement of all salaries

Talent Management:

• Support talent management strategies, including goal setting, performance evaluations, personality assessment and feedback mechanisms.
• Monitor career development plans and succession planning initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good understanding of employment related regulations in Singapore and Malaysia
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese language proficiency
• Able to multi-task and work independently under strict timeline
• Able to cope in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Possess good organisational skills and keen prioritisation skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, HRIS, ATS (other HR and BI platform experience is a bonus)
• A strong team player excellent communication skills and multi-cultural sensitivity
