Human Resource Specialist (Data Management) Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur *Salary RM4000 - RM7200*
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field or Diploma with equivalent working experience
Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience preferably executive specializing in HR Operation, of which Employee Life Cycle HR Specialist, Transformation agent, personal data structure and information management experience is strongly desirable
Experienced in SAP, Workday will be a great added value
Excellent proficiency in English is a must for both speaking and writing
Strong problem-solving skill with analytical mind
Meticulous, great attention to details and effective time management
Positive, motivated, cope with pressure, act integrity and keep confidential at all time
Responsibilities:
Operations
Maintain Organization, Position, Internal Employee & External Contractor data in SAP/ WORKDAY relating to ASEAN, China, Asia, Japan and Pacific and deliver one or more of the following services as per their respective Service Level Agreements
Create / update organization and position data either individually or in mass depending on business needs and ensure proper functioning of related interfaces
Manage the employee & contractor master data life cycle (create, update, activate, deactivate, delete) as per Core Model process in close coordination with key stakeholders
Monitor data quality and identify potential issues and take pro-active measures
Audit employee master data for completeness, quality and up to date status
Prepare periodic reporting and ad-hoc reports
Execute in compliance with company policies and guidelines
Complete all activities as per the global Core Model and operational KPIs
Develop expert level knowledge of the activities in scope as well as local knowledge of entities in scope
Build, document and transfer EE Core Model process knowledge (Level 6/7) relating to Organization, Position and Employee data management
Contribute to Level 2 support for this sub-process as per the Customer Service process in Service Now and to the Knowledge Database
Continuous improvement
Identify process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activities
Participate in process automation initiatives and ensure seamless adoption and transition
