Human Resource Specialist (Data Management)
Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur
*Salary RM4000 - RM7200*

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field or Diploma with equivalent working experience
• Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience preferably executive specializing in HR Operation, of which Employee Life Cycle HR Specialist, Transformation agent, personal data structure and information management experience is strongly desirable
• Experienced in SAP, Workday will be a great added value
• Excellent proficiency in English is a must for both speaking and writing
• Strong problem-solving skill with analytical mind
• Meticulous, great attention to details and effective time management
• Positive, motivated, cope with pressure, act integrity and keep confidential at all time

Responsibilities:

Operations

• Maintain Organization, Position, Internal Employee & External Contractor data in SAP/ WORKDAY relating to ASEAN, China, Asia, Japan and Pacific and deliver one or more of the following services as per their respective Service Level Agreements
• Create / update organization and position data either individually or in mass depending on business needs and ensure proper functioning of related interfaces
• Manage the employee & contractor master data life cycle (create, update, activate, deactivate, delete) as per Core Model process in close coordination with key stakeholders
• Monitor data quality and identify potential issues and take pro-active measures
• Audit employee master data for completeness, quality and up to date status
• Prepare periodic reporting and ad-hoc reports
• Execute in compliance with company policies and guidelines
• Complete all activities as per the global Core Model and operational KPIs
• Develop expert level knowledge of the activities in scope as well as local knowledge of entities in scope
• Build, document and transfer EE Core Model process knowledge (Level 6/7) relating to Organization, Position and Employee data management
• Contribute to Level 2 support for this sub-process as per the Customer Service process in Service Now and to the Knowledge Database

Continuous improvement

• Identify process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activities
• Participate in process automation initiatives and ensure seamless adoption and transition
