Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day operations and provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Executives/Manager, including but not limited to:
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, overtime, monthly claim, Insurance claim / movement & etc)
Preparing candidates for the recruitment process, including communication and interview scheduling.
Updating job descriptions (JD) and Training Record.
Contacting applicants' references and performing background checks as required.
Supporting new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.
Processing documentation and preparing reports related to personnel activities (recruitment, training and etc).
Coordinating HR projects (training, surveys, employee welfare activities) and taking meeting minutes.
Responsible for maintaining organized and up-to-date HR files. This includes paper files and digital HR records.
Supporting in International Organization for Standardization (ISO) documentation.
Performing HR File audits to ensure that all required documents are collected and are maintained in employee files.
Additional jobs as assigned by supervisor or management as and when deemed necessary.
