Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in HR or human resources management, with a solid understanding of labor laws and industrial relations.
Experience in handling employee relations is preferable.
Detail-oriented and a responsible person who is capable of independently handling complex employee relations issues.
Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking staff).
Responsibilities:
Handle employee disciplinary matters, grievances, and inquiries in a full and timely manner.
Prepare and manage related documentation such as warning letters and disciplinary reports.
Liaise with relevant Government/Statutory authorities (e.g., JTKSM, IR Department) on employee matters and ensure compliance with labour laws.
Implement employee engagement initiatives, including town halls, dialogue sessions, and feedback programs.
Promote harmonious workplace relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Maintain proper records of all HR tasks for audit and reporting purposes.
Provide guidance and training to supervisors on handling employee relations issues and compliance matters.
