Job Description

: The HR Support is tasked to assist HRBP team in end to end HR processes e.g. employee ID creation, new hire data entry in the HRIS system, IT ticket creation, assist in day to day documentation, letter generation etc. Job Responsibil : The HR Support is tasked to assist HRBP team in end to end HR processes e.g. employee ID creation, new hire data entry in the HRIS system, IT ticket creation, assist in day to day documentation, letter generation etc. Job Responsibility: Monitor the internal approval system and after receiving the leadership approval, create ADID for new hires in the HRIS system. Co-ordinate with the recruitment team and update the new hire data in the online HRIS system and HR shared folder back-up files. Coordinate with the new hires and collect documents, if not received by recruitment team from the new hires after joining. Activate the internal HRIS system for the new hire before their joining date to give a smooth on-boarding experience. Create IT tickets for new hires for internal systems and web pages to ensure a smooth on-boarding experience for the new hire. Coordinate with the recruitment team and admin team to issue lanyard and access card to all the new hires on day of joining. Send 'Welcome email' to new hires to inform venue, date and time of induction. Send email to new hires to inform the credentials for HRIS system and Intranet. Work closely with HRBPs and send the list of new hires and resigned employees to the insurance provider on a weekly basis. Issue letters to employees via Adobe : Employment letter / promotion / role change / confirmation / acceptance of resignation Disciplinary letters : Show Cause / Warning / Termination Boarding pass PIP Update employees' data in the HRIS system and HR shared folder back-up files. Seek required approval and coordinate with the finance team to process invoices (insurance, background check). Be the point of contact for external vendors / companies for staff verification (email / call). Prepare and amend HR documents where necessary. Report regularly on HR onboarding metrics and employee matters. Perform other related duties as assigned. Job Skills: High school degree required College degree preferred. Oracle experience mandatory. Minimum 3 years of administration experience preferred. Flexibility / organization skills to work on a number of tasks simultaneously Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and skills in database management and record keeping. Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality. High attention to detail.
