1) Maintaining and updating staff personal files and ensuring proper documentation of employment agreements.
2) Handling employee timesheets and attendance records.
3) Collating attendance for payroll process and managing statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
4) Managing office supplies and stationery and coordinating office maintenance and repair.
5) Handling official correspondences and filing company documents, contracts, and other administrative files.
6) Ensuring company licenses are renewed and supporting compliance with local laws and regulations.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
