Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR and Admin Executive to manage our day-to-day human resources and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal and organizational skills who can effectively handle HR processes, administrative coordination, and office management.
Key Responsibilities: Human Resources:
Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies).
Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Making a payroll
Coordinate performance evaluation processes.
Manage leave and attendance tracking systems.
Support training and development activities.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
Handle employee relations and respond to HR-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities: Administration:
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Oversee office maintenance and equipment.
Handling Petty cash office
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Prepare reports, letters, memos, and other administrative documents.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and legal regulations.
Support general administrative duties as required by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR and administrative roles (2+ years preferred).
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
