Currently we are seeking a passionate and driven HR Admin to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
Support payroll processing, leave & claims management
Maintain HR & admin filing systems
Coordinate Director's schedule, meetings, and travel
Manage office supplies and daily operations
Organize staff engagement and welfare programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws (Employment Act 1955)
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR/Admin roles. Experience as a Personal Assistant is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
