Position: Human Resource Admin (Internship)
Allowance: RM500
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Location: No. 14-01, Jalan Forest Height 8, Forest Heights, 70450 Seremban, Negeri Sembilan

1) Manage the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, CV submission, interview arrangement, and billing coordination
2) Achieve weekly and quarterly KPIs based on CV submissions, calls, and interview sessions
3) Build and maintain strong relationships with key account clients
4) Adapt to client needs and respond effectively to changes or challenges
5) Identify and manage risks, troubleshoot issues quickly, and handle escalations promptly
6) Prepare daily and weekly reports on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines
7) Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment and assist in onboarding documentation

Preferred Qualifications

1) Open to students pursuing studies in Human Resource Management or related fields
2) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
3) Effective communication and interpersonal skills
4) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
5) Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment and HR operations
