Handle day-to-day People & Culture/HR tasks, including filing, emails, and phone calls.
Respond to employee queries and requests in a timely manner.
Assist with ad-hoc HR tasks assigned by the HR Manager or supervisor.
Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings and interview coordination.
Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with administering employee benefits and basic payroll-related queries.
Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance, leave, and other payroll-related information.
Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and local labor laws.
Assist with performance appraisal processes, including tracking timelines and documentation.
Support employee relations matters, including disciplinary documentation and grievance handling.
Organize employee engagement, social, and welfare activities.
Contribute to internal HR initiatives and training programs.
Promote a positive work environment and support team collaboration.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
