Job Description


Job Responsibilities

  • To provide general and office administrative support and handling HR daily matters.
  • To assist recruitment activities including screening, shortlisting, and coordinate on the interview arrangement.
  • Assist the superior to conduct new employee orientation and facilitating staff joining formalities.
  • To update and maintain staff employee database by maintaining proper filing and documentation.
  • To conduct staff orientation, induction programs and exit interviews.
  • To prepare HR related letters.
  • To maintain and update employee\xe2\x80\x99s data in HR2000 system as and when required.
  • To assist in arranging staff activities as requested.
  • To assist in any other Human Resources functions as and when assigned.
