Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is completed and orientation sessions are properly coordinated.
Manage the offboarding process, including exit documentation, clearance procedures, and collection of company property.
Handle resignation letters and ensure proper documentation is maintained and filed.
Administration & Office Management
Oversee all office supplies, including stationery, pantry items, and office equipment--liaising with suppliers, managing stock levels, and ensuring timely replenishment.
Manage company hostel arrangements, including check-in/check-out, maintenance coordination, and tenant documentation.
Maintain accurate employee information by updating employment and status changes in the HR system and personal files.
Draft HR-related correspondence such as interoffice memos, warning letters, disciplinary letters, and other formal documents.
Handle staff attendance, monitor leave records, and assist employees with benefits or HR-related inquiries.
Manage office administration tasks, including facilities upkeep and coordination with external vendors.
Handle asset management, including tracking, issuance, return, and maintenance of company assets.
Work closely with the Manager on daily operations and ad-hoc assignments.
Performance & Discipline Management
Support performance management activities by maintaining records, preparing documents, and following up on action items.
Handle disciplinary matters by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating meetings in line with company policy.
Recruitment (Entry-Level)
Assist with recruitment for entry-level positions when required, including basic screening, scheduling, and coordination with hiring managers.
