As our team grows, we're looking for a

Human Resources Associate

who have experience on people management and detail-oriented in payroll, benefits, and HR operations.

What You'll Do

You'll be the backbone of our people operations -- keeping HR organised, compliant and making sure our people are engaging and our culture thriving.

Manage the

full spectrum of payroll and statutory submissions

(EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF). Maintain accurate

employee data, leave management, and HR records

. Support

compensation & benefits administration

, including annual reviews and staff claims. Coordinate

recruitment activities

-- job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding. Drive

employee engagement initiatives

such as team events, recognition programs, and well-being activities. Prepare

HR documentation

as required by management. Partner with managers to ensure HR practices support a healthy, high-performing workplace. Continuously

improve HR processes and systems

for efficiency and compliance.

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of HR experience

covering payroll, recruitment, and general HR operations. Solid understanding of

Malaysian employment laws

and HR best practices. Proficient in

Microsoft Office

and familiar with HR or payroll systems. Strong attention to detail, high integrity, and a love for getting things done right.

Self-starter

with a can-do attitude -- you take initiative, find solutions, and follow through. Naturally enthusiastic about people and workplace culture; you bring positive energy to the team.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
