Join the winning team now!Work you'll doThe Central HR Operations Specialist is responsible for managing the centralized HR operations, people data management, analytics and reporting that supports the end-to-end HR service delivery. The role is to provide regional HR support.Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in HRIS administration and management.
  • Preparation of periodic HR and ad-hoc reports.
  • Ensuring records and data are accurate and always updated.
  • Desire to work as a team player with a result driven approach as we value team dynamics.
  • Demonstrating high proficiency in HR processes, policies, standard operating procedures and administer day-to-day HR related transactions.
  • Provide support to employees and business leaders in HR operational areas and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provides support in matters related to centralized HR processes and HR systems within the scope of responsibility for new implementations, continuous improvement.
  • Recommends, evaluates, and implements business process improvements, technology solutions and/or updates to improve system efficiency, including change management via HR project execution and implementation.
  • Continuous review of HR operations, common HR processes and day-to-day transactional activities that the team can expand their service upon, to support the country HR in the region.
  • Assist in identifying the opportunity to centrally manage the HR processes and day-to-day transactional activities to support the country and Regional HRBP effectively.
  • Monitors, measures and analyses data to facilitate insights and guide management decision making.
  • Ensures integrity of all HR data sets management, security, governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Develops and administers service level agreements, control standards and issue escalation matrix to ensure policy and process compliance.

Requirements:If you are someone with:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any related discipline.
  • Candidates with minimum 7 years working experience in related field are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge of SAP HR, SharePoint and other essential tools.
  • Candidates with regional experience and with local labor law knowledge will have added advantage.
  • Knowledge in MS Office especially well verse in MS Excel.
  • A team player with pleasant personality, good communication skill and ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skill and attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex data and completing priorities.
  • High level of maturity and sense of responsibility
