As a Commercial HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies, you will partner with the commercial teams to drive performance, enhance employee engagement, and support the achievement of business goals. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and operational execution, with a deep understanding of the commercial side of the business.Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with commercial leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing guidance on workforce planning and talent management.Talent Management: Lead initiatives for talent acquisition, development, and succession planning, ensuring the commercial team has the skills and leadership required for success.Employee Engagement and Culture: Foster a positive work environment that promotes engagement and retention, while driving cultural alignment with company values.Performance Management: Oversee performance management within the commercial function, offering support and coaching to managers for employee development.Change Management: Lead change initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and effective communication across the commercial team.Commercial Insight: Utilize a deep understanding of the commercial business to inform HR strategies, aligning them with market trends and business goals.Great remuneration and rewards culture|A competitive compensation package, including benefits and growth opportunities

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master\'s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering within a commercial or sales-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in talent management, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence and challenge senior leadership and manage complex change initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
