Open Position: Human Resources Business Partner (Reputable Company)

A reputable Company is currently looking for Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join the team and be based in the Selangor office.

Key responsibilities include:

-Good experience in HR Generalist or HRBP role within MNC or Shared Service environment with regional experience would be an added advantage

-Good experience in formulating, designing and implementing Group HR strategic planning and initiatives

-Strong experience and knowledgeable in managing compliance, employee matters as well as building work productivity with good working culture and environment

-Work closely with Sales & Business Leaders and Head of Departments covering Organisation Development, Learning & Developments, Workforce & Succession Planning, Talent Management and etc

-Good experience in developing and strengthening HR policies, employee handbook, Compensation & Benefits benchmarking and etc
-Consistently engaging with employees through two-way communications and forums, listening to suggestions for issues, raising awareness and increase employee loyalty & retention

-Building good connections and rapport with the HR experts within the industry

-A team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
