Responsibilities Collaborate closely with senior management to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and objectives. Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on matters related to talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. Design and implement robust training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Work proactively with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop targeted development plans. Develop and administer performance management systems that promote a culture of continuous feedback and improvement. Provide guidance to managers on performance evaluation processes and assist in addressing performance issues. Spearhead initiatives to foster a positive work environment and boost employee morale. Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, recognition, and retention efforts. Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance. Handle employee relations matters with tact and diplomacy, promoting a fair and respectful workplace culture. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master\'s degree preferred. Proven experience in a strategic HR role, with a minimum of 3 years in progressively responsible positions. Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives.
