The Day-To-Day Activities Serving as an internal consultant/business partner/business liaison that can translate business strategies and objectives into an HR agenda, initiatives and/or actions that help drive positive business performance. Lead and drive collaboration with the business for the creation a high-performance culture by creating and implementing team and organizational design solutions, providing measurable performance indicators and improvement plans. Stakeholder management and partnership to deliver business value at the highest level. Leading change and transformation programs in alignment with business strategy. Understanding organization diagnostic tools and leveraging them to move to action fast. Using Leadership and Talent development tools to drive organization and team performance. End to end recruitment for senior roles for the selected / respective division. Lead People & Capability Development to ensure the organization is always fit to compete in the marketplace. Provide guidance and expertise to stakeholders on industrial relations policies and procedures, interpret the employment laws and other HR practices to ensure compliance with legal requirement. About you Experience influencing and partnering with senior leadership. Experience in an agile and/or fast paced environment Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively. Ability to use data to gather insights and inform decision making.
