Minimum 4-5 years in HR & Admin (mid to senior-level)
Preferred Industry:
Real estate, sales-driven, or performance-based organisations
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full HR functions: onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave, staff records
Support recruitment: job ads, interview scheduling, onboarding documentation
Manage payroll input, benefits, HRDF claims & LHDN e-submissions
Ensure proper enforcement of company policies & employee communications
Handle staff matters, disciplinary actions, and HR documentation
Coordinate internal trainings, team engagement & company events
Manage office administrative tasks and ensure HQ operations run smoothly
Assist Directors with SOP implementation & HR systems for branch growth
Support general business operations on an
ad-hoc basis
as required

JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant HR/Admin experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Malaysia's Employment Act, statutory contributions & HRDF
- Familiarity with payroll software or HRMS is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a bonus)
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of confidentiality
