• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company\'s goals and values
• Oversee all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Foster a culture of engagement, inclusivity, and high performance across the organization
• Lead organizational change initiatives and ensure effective communication with employees
• Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures
• Manage the HR budget and ensure efficient use of resources
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the HR team
• Be comfortable with getting hands-on with HR operations when necessary, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and other HR functions

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, including 5 years in a leadership position
• Experience in a Manufacturing set up.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Proven experience in developing and implementing effective HR strategies and initiatives
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and creatively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Results-oriented and customer-focused
• Comfortable with getting hands-on with HR operations when necessary
