Responsibilities:
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to seniors.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
Assist in resume search and hiring process
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human resources or equivalent.
2-3 years working experience in the related field
Proficient in spoken & written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft office, particularly Excel, word and Powerpoint
Must be a mature, people oriented and results driven
Able to multitasking

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
